Sales Representative
Description
We are looking for a Sales Representative to walk clients through completing their customer journey to a product that enables their business to grow. The Sales Representative role is to manage a revolving portfolio of assigned clients and convert the sale from opportunity to closed. In this role, your clients have expressed a strong interest in Konfio products and are well advanced in the customer journey. You will liaise with internal teams (including Customer Service and Operations) to improve the entire customer experience. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will be sales and service oriented, have an eye toward closing sales and know how to meet ambitious individual sales quotas.
Responsibilities
- Utilize persuasive and empathetic arguments to connect customer needs to Konfio
- Translate financial products to tangible business outcomes for clients
- Communicate Konfio value proposition to clients in an accessible manner
- Utilize a strong understanding of financial landscape to communicate differences between Konfio and competing products
- Decipher and understand client concerns regarding credit process
- Communicate with clients through multi-channel outreach (phone, chat, email)
- Coordinate sales efforts within the team and across other sales teams
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative, 2 years minimum
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM software along with ability to quickly build professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, preferred
