We are looking for a *programmatic specialist* eager to drive business growth through programmatic media buying. The ideal candidate is passionate for Display and Video advertising, analytical, and completely data driven.
- Develop growth strategy for programmatic media buying.
- Constant A/B testing through all advertising pillars: ad types, creatives, placements, audiences, landing pages, and technical optimizations.
- Daily campaign optimisation using BI tools, analysis of top performing creatives, domains, audiences. Monitor of brand safety.
- Establish learning agendas, followed by critical analysis of tests and decision-making based on results.
- Partner with main areas of the business (product, CRM, sales, data science) to leverage results of paid campaigns.
- Partner with the creative team to develop new concepts for paid campaigns.
- Deep background in Programmatic media buying (Experienced DV360 user is a plus)
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Nice o have prior experience with digital products, eCommerces or startups.
